What you need to bringHere are some items you might consider bringing and wearing for a pickleball lesson outdoors:

1. Wear comfortable athletic clothing that allows for ease of movement.
2. Athletic shoes with good grip to help with quick movements on the court.
3. Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated during your lesson.
4. Wear a hat and sunglasses to protect yourself from the sun.
5. Don't forget to apply sunscreen before heading outdoors.
6. A towel to wipe off sweat or to use during breaks.
7. If you have your own pickleball paddle, be sure to bring it along.
8. Optional: a small bag to carry your essentials like keys, phone, or wallet.
