.Hello! I am Caelyn, and I have been playing tennis since I was 6 years old, and am currently a student at the University of North Florida. Growing up, I had a coach that pushed me to be the greatest I can be, and that is exactly how I coach my students. I push them to be the best they can be on and off the court, while also encouraging them to do what makes them happy.

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI will run a skill-level practice to see what skill level the student is at. I will then practice whatever basics needed to improve.
Lesson 2-3Will focus heavily on forehand and backhand hitting, making sure they understand how to hold the racket properly and work on basic hitting.
Lesson 4-10Focus on technique within the forehand and backhand shots. Once I feel they are improving heavily and have been hitting well, I will move onto serves.
Lesson 11+By now, the student will have learned every skill needed to play tennis. I will ask them what they specifically feel they need to work on, or if I see something I will work on that with them.
What you need to bringBring lots of water and wear athletic clothing and gym shoes!
What I can bringI can provide 1 racket during lessons to 1 student, as well as tennis balls to hit with.
