Hi there! I'm an experienced volleyball player (Duke University) and coach spanning the last 20 or so years. I love the sport and my passion for volleyball is contagious! I have spent many years fostering a love for the game in others, from beginners to more experienced players (including collegiate D1 players) ranging in age from 9-30. I'm committed to helping student athletes realize not only meaningful volleyball skills development but personal growth too.

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonThe initial lesson will be spent assessing current skills and discussing past experiences and goals for skill growth within the sport. Discussions will also include mental and visualization techniques to help enhance physical skills Additionally exercises will be assigned to be done at home to help assist with performance training.
Lesson 2-3Additionally future sessions will include specific drills focused on area requiring improvement
