I did football and Track at Henry Clay High school from 2007 to 2011. I played football at Eastern Kentucky University from 2012 to 2016. I ran track Unattached in 2019. I coached running backs, wide receivers, and defensive backs and Ive coached sprinters and distance runners across kentucky. Coached football and track from 2021 to 2023. Coached Track Oldham County in 2024. Coached Football and Track at Clark Moore Middle School in 2025

I've coached AAU in New Jersey, Connecticut, Indiana, Atlanta, Kentucky. I Coached in middle school to high school - boys and girls. I have helped players of all levels elevate their game. Served as team captain every year except freshman, demonstrating strong leadership and accountability. Competed at LaGrange College for three years before finishing at Kentucky State University. Currently an assistant offensive line coach at Kentucky State, mentoring players in technique, discipline, and team success.
