I specialize in plyometric training exercises that improve vertical jumping, speed and quickness. I focus on good diet, recovery, consistency, and fundamentals with all of my basketball training clients. I train first in fundamentals, then moving on to simulate in-game situations, and finally scrimmages or pickup games. I played collegiately at NYU as the starting point guard my freshman year (and had multiple prior Division I offers). My strengths include exceptional ball handling, strategic attacks to the basket and personal shooting techniques, identifying individual weaknesses and fine tuning each strength to create unstoppable moves. I can dribble three balls at a time and teach many two ball dribbling skills that will heighten your awareness as a player while drastically improving your game.
