Since then, golf has been my constant companion, leading me to captain my high school golf team and all Riverside sport athlete of the year 2012. After high school I went to UCLA where I double majored in anthropology and philosophy, travelled the world, and continued to invest in my golf game. With a background in teaching and coaching, golf has become one of my favorite things to share with others. Its a lifelong passion that brings joy and fulfillment. "I’ve asked Jay regarding one review that’s gotten 1 star rating… Not to badmouth anyone here, but it’s very misleading to just hear one side of the story so I’m putting down a review so you guys can decide. What Jay told me happened was that this particular student told through the app that she never needed equipments. So then, of course Jay or any instructor will come empty handed. Then first thing she told him was “I don’t have any clubs” and that’s how their lesson started off. After one hour, she told him how willing she was to take two instead of one lesson a week so she can develop faster. So Jay planned her curriculum accordingly. But at the end, she didn’t explain her text thoroughly regarding getting lessons and he ended up preparing as if he would see her. And then the rest happened. My personal experience with jay is just like the rest of the people here. Absolutely amazing of a coach!
