With over 50 years in tennis, I've evolved from a high school state champion to an NAIA champ in college, later competing in the Big Ten with the University of Iowa. My career includes an undefeated senior year and participating in the USTPA. I've owned and taught at over 15 clubs, and currently run four, coaching players of all levels, including Florida State Champs and national junior champions. My passion lies in teaching, and I look forward to inspiring more students in the game of tennis.
"I loved focusing on strategy and eye ball coordination during the lesson with Craig. His approach really helped me understand the game better and improve my skills. If you want to sharpen your pickleball strategy and placement, Craigโs lessons are definitely worth trying. It was a fun and engaging experience that I recommend to other players looking to up their game. ๐

I'm a dedicated tournament medalist, fueled by a profound passion for the game. As a PPR Certified coach, I find joy in both my own gameplay and nurturing new talents through sharing my expertise. I've been coaching for 3 years and adapt your style of play to the technical aspects of the game. If you want to improve your technique and game, I can help you no matter what your level is. When given group lessons, I prefer to keep it at 4, but will go as high as 8. I individualize every lesson for every student based on what they express they want to learn.
"Bernie was a great instructor. He has a true passion for the game and it easily displayed in the lessons- which made learning so much more fun. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to learn. Overall great experience!

I used to tutor kids for academic purposes! Although they arenโt going to pick up the sport as fast, I take a more fun approach and try to relate to them and see what they want to do. The more enjoyment they get out of it, the more likely they will want to come and learn more!
