I have a 5.0 UTR ranking and a total of 25 years dedicated to playing and coaching tennis across all ages and skill levels. As a former tournament player, my experience is enriched by my background as an elite gymnast and former Cirque du Soleil artist. This unique blend allows me to incorporate flexibility, balance, strength, and coordination exercises into my coaching methods, creating a holistic approach to training.
"Pleased with how Pavel breaks down technique and stays patient, this lesson left me hopeful and focused. A quick note: Iβm excited to apply what I learned and improve further.

"We had a wonderful time getting lessons for our daughter while in town for spring break. Jeffrey has a great personality and took the time to understand our daughterβs capabilities and push her limits. He is genuinely interested in his students success and at the end of the week took some time to give us ideas that we could take back home with us to work on. Heβs a down to earth coach that we found easy to work with. I found him to be the best coach weβve had since enrolling our daughter in tennis.

Players 3.0 to 4.0. We will adapt you to warm-up drills similar to what you would see in all colleges. This will allow us to see how comfortable you are on court. And based on what I see in your on-court abilities will determine how fast we move you into tiebreaks and/or sets. We'll discuss what things you would like to improve on and work those into what I call micro drills.
