I am biochemistry student at UC Davis who just recently transferred from Chabot College in Hayward, CA. At Chabot College I was a tutor for the Chemistry Club for 2 years and helped in both Biology and Chemistry Courses. Being apart of the Chemistry Club we often did outreach program to primary schools in the surrounding area to also get younger students into the sciences.
With a PhD in physics and 10 years education in the subject, I have helped hundreds of college students and high school students learn physics in their introductory courses through labs, homework problems and group discussions. My teaching style is gentle and encouraging and I like frequent interactions with my students during lessons. I believe every student can improve through active learning methods and have fun learning hard science subjects such as physics and math.
