With two years of pickleball instruction, I guide players to elevate their skills. My experience as a high rated player informs my approach. I foster growth in a supportive environment. Fun is the middle name of pickleball although I work hard at helping players of all skill levels maximize their strengths and mitigate their weaknesses. I draw from my mastery of table tennis, tennis, squash, racquetball, and soccer.

Golf has been a part of my life for more than 3 decades. As an avid junior golfer, I won a club championship, made all conference my sophomore - senior year in high school. I was a part of 2 regional championship teams as well as an 11th place and 7th place finish in high school state championships. From a young age it’s been my passion. Now that I’m in corporate America being able to use my talents to help win numerous charity benefits and raise money for many great causes has been more than fulfilling. I’ve seen the game evolve from wooden drivers and shot shaping course management to now teeing it high and letting it fly. One of the best benefits about golf is not only can you enjoy the game your entire life but you can find satisfaction in the game no matter your skill level. So if you're just a beginner looking to dip your toes in the water, or if you’ve been playing golf for a long time and feel like you’ve plateaued and you’ll never get better, or maybe you're just tired of letting your buddies get in your wallet. My name is Reggie Winchester and I have over 10 years of basketball coaching experience, including five years coaching high school girls basketball and three years at the middle school level. I’ve also spent countless hours training youth athletes and coaching youth leagues. I am passionate about player development, committed to building confidence, discipline, teamwork, and helping athletes reach their full potential on and off the court.

My mother made me start playing violin at 3 years old. I started traditionally learning Suzuki in Buffalo, NY. I took ownership of the instrument in at 12 years old practicing after school and for cultural events. I have always taught musicians that were less skilled and would lead by example to further their understanding. With 30 years of experience, I guide students to find their own voice through the instrument. I tailor lessons to individual needs, fostering both technical mastery and a lifelong love of music.

My name is Dawson Phok. I am a Greensboro native and have been playing/studying the game of basketball for 15+ Years. I have experience working with and developing children into focused athletes through my work at the YMCA. I place emphasis on mindset, discipline, and detail in movement. I will make your child better on and off the court and teach the importance of consistency and longevity.

I’m Coach Idrian Evans, founder of Get Off Lab. I’m a certified youth football coach through AYF and I specialize in teaching young D-linemen how to explode off the ball. I focus on the fundamentals: stance, explosive get-off, and violent hands. I keep sessions fun for younger athletes and more technical for older ones. Online coaching available as well.
