When I work with kids, I focus on keeping things simple, fun, and structured. I make sure every drill has a clear purpose, but I also keep the energy high so they enjoy learning the game. At the same time, I teach discipline — showing them how to listen, work hard, and respect the game — because those habits carry over both on and off the court. My goal is for kids to leave each session with a smile on their face and a little more confidence in their skills.
