Still, it's pretty helpful to get specific tips instead of just vague advice. If he could maybe include more drills, that’d be a plus. Comfortable Athletic Clothing: Wear clothes that allow easy movement and are appropriate for the weather. 3. Court Shoes: Non-marking, supportive shoes designed for court sports to ensure good traction and foot support. 4. Water Bottle: Stay hydrated throughout the lesson, especially on hot days. 5. Sun Protection: If playing outdoors, bring sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat to protect against sun exposure. 6. Towel: Useful for wiping sweat and keeping your hands dry. 7.
