Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFirst lessons will be me gaining a basic assessment and understanding of the athlete’s attitude, attributes and attention. We will work on a lot of form shooting as well as dribbling drills.
Lesson 11+Continuing sessions will keep repetition on our previous work. We will look to build on those skill sets and perfect moves we will actually be able to use in game.
Lesson 4-10Throughout the next 4-10 sessions, we will progress on our warm ups, assuming by the near end we are well in stride of our warm up rhythm. Then we will continue adding on drills and progressions to our drills to learn more advanced concepts.
Lesson 2-3The next two drills will be introducing more warm up drills and exercises as well as showing minor progressions to what we’ve already learned.
