Lesson 11+Court positioning- transitioning, shifting with partner, knowing when to cover line or middle, poaching, stacking and more
Shot placement- understanding 1,2,3,4 placement in court, aim for feet, attacking when opponent is out of position, targeting weaker opponent etc.
Advance strategy and advance shots
Lesson 4-10Footwork and movement- lateral movement, split step, transition zone, A B or C plane, 90 degree rule, and more.
Hitting consistency and proper mechanics- locked wrist, hitting ball at the apex, determining attackable and non-attackable balls, etc.
Lesson 2-3Fundamentals and rules of the game. Learn the pickleball terms and basic strategies.
Basic mechanics-paddle grip and pressure, determining a “red”, “yellow”, “green” ball
Ready position- athletic stance, paddle position, teeter totter rule, etc.
