Beginner training plan
Your first lessonThe first lesson covers the fundamentals of the putting set up. This is followed by the elements that make up a good putting stroke, but also serves as a foundation for the following lessons.
Lesson 11+Regular bi-monthly or monthly assessments to ensure that the swing is progressing effectively.
Lesson 4-10After a brief review of lesson three, lesson four increases the size of the stroke in progressive movements until we reach the full swing.
The following lessons refine the learning of the full swing, making it or repeatable and more efficient. Student is also introduced to the longer irons, the hybrids, woods, and driver.
Lesson 2-3Lesson two starts with a review of lesson one, then goes on to explain the fundamentals of the short game. The focus for this lesson is the chipping stroke.
Again, lesson three starts with a review of lesson two, and then moves on to the pitching stroke, and the more complex movements that make up the stroke.
